Mitch B. is definitely busy in Ibiza at the end of April. He is present on the island of music to talk about the International Music Summit for AllaDisco (Alladiscoteca.com), an Italian magazine dedicated to music and lifestyle, but he is also on the console at various events. Among others, we highlight two. On Tuesday 23 April he is the protagonist with many other colleagues at the Jango Records Showcase. Jango is in fact the label for which he is A & R for Italy. Lucas Reyes, Mehdi Maghraoui, Bow Tie, Gaty Lopez, Italo Perez, Ralph and obviously Mitch B. give their sound in two different but close spaces: first at IT and then at The Vybe, in Marina Botafoch.
The following evening he was at the Dunes, in Playa d’en Bossa, for another showcase by Jango Showcase. This time Lucas Reyes, Mehdi Maghraoui and Bow Tie play with Mitch B. and the DJ sets recorded on the occasion are subsequently distributed by the House Club Set platform.
In this case however, at the Dunes, in addition to the music played, at 11pm, there is also an important ‘spoken’ event dedicated to the presentation of a book. It’s a book that talks about music, obviously electronic. This is “Mix Factor Vol 4 – Indiependance” (Series: Sindacato del Suono / Publisher: kDope), the new work by Riccardo Sada, one of the most esteemed Italian dance journalists. It is part of the first real encyclopedia on the genre. In this book, technical parts and tricks of the trade alternate with the words of the protagonists of the international dance music scene, speaking through interviews, thoughts, anecdotes, and above all experience in the sector.
Who is Mitch B.? Dj producer since 1998, Mitch B., originally from Ravenna, has always ranged between sounds ranging from naked to house in all their facets. He has been bringing his sound to some of the most important clubs and venues in Italy and beyond for years. Only for the summer of 2023 did he perform in the Pacha private club, in Ibiza and also at the Djerba Music Land, a prestigious festival in Tunisia; he shared the console with top DJs like Gregor Salto and Kryder; he gave his sound to national reference spaces such as Papeete Beach Milano Marittima, Terrazza Aperol Milano, Donna Rosa Marina di Ravenna, BBK Punta Marina.
