Home Insights and Trends DJ Simo Shruthi & 4MuLA 2.0 present “Spiritual Connection,

With a new track inspired by paradise house, DJ Simo Shruthi & 4MuLA 2.0 present “Spiritual Connection”, a track on the Venus Vibes label that blends deep house elements with ambient atmospheres. The track is enriched by the dreamy sound of the bansuri flute and evocative vocals, creating uplifting vibes and a deep groove ready for dance.

One of the first subgenres of house music to emerge in the United States, paradise, a descendant of garage house, has its roots in New York and New Jersey. The name pays homage to Paradise Garage, a legendary New York club active from 1977 to 1987, where DJ Larry Levan shaped its sonic identity, becoming an absolute reference point. Developing alongside Chicago house, it leans more toward organ and vintage synth soundscapes.

DJ Simo Shruthi (Simona Sottini) is a holistic sound and wellness practitioner, yogi, DJ, and music producer based in Milan. Her artistic vision transcends the traditional boundaries between club culture and holistic disciplines, creating immersive performances where electronic music, sound healing, conscious movement, and vibration blend into a single, transformative experience. A certified Nada Yoga (Sound Yoga) therapist, Simo Shruthi is among the first artists in Italy to integrate DJ sets tuned to 432 Hz with energetic harmonization practices, using Tibetan singing bowls, vibrational frequencies, and sound techniques dedicated to chakra balancing. With an international background built between Milan, Miami, London, and New York, she has developed a distinctive sonic identity that spans ambient, deep house, Afro house, organic, and chill house, creating sets with a strong emotional and sensorial impact. Throughout her career, she has performed at some of the most iconic venues in the Milanese scene, including Amnesia Milano, Tocqueville Milano, Superstudio Milano (Milano Moda), Ippodromo Milano, Executive Lounge Milano, and Lift House Deluxe Milano. She also shared the decks with Italian house music pioneer Massimo Lippoli during the exclusive one-night event LIPPS, strengthening her connection to authentic house culture and evolutionary sound research. In addition to her live work, she is the creator and vocalist of the radio program The Spirit of Sound and the author of the book “DJ House Healer – The DJ as Alchemist of Sound” (VOVEO Editore, Overtones series), a work that explores the connection between neuroscience, clubbing, vibration, and sound healing.
