Oh yeah, Sagi Rei in the world of Vibranium too. The independent music label distributed worldwide by Sony Music Group and in the orbit of MasterM, king of the metaverse, is ready to mainstream. The two gave life to the cover “Two Can Play That Game” which at the time in the original version made Bobby Brown successful. The single will be released next Friday 17 May.

Sagi Rei is an Israeli musician, naturalized Italian, born in Tel Aviv in 1972. In 2005 came his great success, the acoustic reinterpretation project of some of the most famous dance hits of the nineties, “Emotional Songs”, published in more than 15 countries and among the 100 best-selling albums in Italy thanks also to the remake of “L’Amour Toujours (I’ll Fly With You)” chosen, in 2009, as the musical accompaniment of the famous Intimissimi advertising spot.

In 2006 it was the turn of the hit “Shining Star” with Get Far, i.e. Mario Fargetta. In 2007 the great success was replicated with “Emotional Songs part 2”. In 2008 “Trilogy” was released, an album composed of three unreleased songs. In 2010 “Sagi sings Michael Jackson” was released by Universal Music. Mario Biondi called him for the album “Duets” in 2011. In 2012 he also created the soundtrack for “Area Paradiso”, a film by Diego Abatantuono. In 2014 he performed “Diamonds Jade & Pearls” produced by Umberto Iervolino and dedicated to the music of the 80s.

In 2015 Sagi renewed his collaboration with Mario Fargetta with the single “Sing It Loud”. In 2017 he performed in a double evening at the Blue Note in Milan where he recorded his first live album, “Emotional Songs Live From Blue Note Milano”. In 2019 his first album of unreleased songs, “Original Songs”, was released together with his wife Elena, singer and pianist. The album is presented live with a tour. The first album of Christmas covers arrives in 2021. “Two Can Play That Game” by MasterM and Sagi Rei was produced by Paolo Sandrini.
