Simona Sottini explains: “I chose this tuning because it is part of my journey as a sound healer. I use 432 Hz in sound baths, sessions, and vibrational treatments. Sound—especially the harmonic resonance of Tibetan bowls—helps dissolve blockages and rebalance energy.
In house music, the groove changes: the kick becomes a physical activator. It is felt in the belly, fostering grounding and connection, stimulating an energetic flow that unites body and emotions, creating collective synchronization.
The difference from 440 Hz is subtle—more mental and emotional. At 432 Hz, the vibration is felt in the body as resonance. It is still a niche approach, but highly promising, especially in deeper and more atmospheric genres.”

DJ Simo Shruthi (Simona Sottini) is an Italian yogini, sound healer, DJ, music producer, and radio host whose work is entirely devoted to the art of healing through sound.
With over 30 years of experience in ambient, lounge, and chill music, she seamlessly blends ancient spiritual teachings with contemporary electronic music, developing a distinctive and conscious sonic language.
