Tegamino’s, the one-of-a-kind Italian brand dedicated to authentic pizza al tegamino (pan pizza), has opened its vibrant new restaurant in Milan at Viale Bligny 5. Founded by Marco Serrone in collaboration with entrepreneur Elisa Simonaro, the new location marks the next step in the brand’s expansion following the success of its delivery-focused food corner, Tegamino’s Go!, in Via Federico Faruffini.

With plans to grow into a chain in the coming years, Tegamino’s aims to redefine traditional pizza by offering a unique culinary experience. The brand’s signature dish, pizza al tegamino, is characterized by its double cooking process, resulting in a crispy crust and a soft, flavorful center.

Each pizza is meticulously prepared to highlight the finest ingredients, offering a perfect balance of taste and texture. “Tegamino’s is not just a pizzeria; it’s an authentic experience that combines tradition and modernity, turning every bite into a special moment,” Serrone added.

In the short term, Tegamino’s plans to strengthen its presence in Milan with additional locations, while also developing a franchising model to expand across Italy and internationally. The long-term vision is to establish Tegamino’s as the go-to brand for pan pizza, leveraging delivery services and new technologies to enhance the customer experience.

The menu features a variety of options, from classic Italian flavors to gourmet creations. Standout dishes include the Parmigiana, with breaded eggplant, tomato sauce, mozzarella, and Grana Padano; the Conci, a savory blend of mozzarella, crispy pancetta, Tropea onions, and Grana Padano; and the Crudelia, a refined combination of burrata stracciatella, confit cherry tomatoes, and prosciutto. Seasonal offerings, such as the Bosco Incantato, highlight fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

Beyond pizza, Tegamino’s offers a selection of sides, artisanal desserts like classic tiramisu, and a curated beer list to complement the dining experience.
